Microphone access
Layers requests access to your device's microphone solely for the purpose of recording audio samples within the app. Microphone audio is captured locally on your device and is never transmitted, uploaded, or shared with Garden Circuit Instruments or any third party.
Local data storage
All data created and used by Layers is stored locally on your device. This includes:
- Audio recordings and imported audio files
- Project files (layer configurations, effect settings)
- Sample library metadata
- Your selected theme preference
None of this data leaves your device. Garden Circuit Instruments has no access to your projects, recordings, or any other content you create in the app.

Layers does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any user data to any third party. There is no data to share because Layers does not collect any.
Children's privacy
Layers does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the app collects no personal data from any user, no special provisions are required.
